FOLLIES features a soaring score that evokes the magic of the vaudeville “follies” that thrived in New York City in the early 20th century. The story of FOLLIES is powerful and bittersweet, as the performers attend their “first and last reunion,” perform some of their old numbers, reminisce about times gone by, and confront their own “follies” and the choices they have made in the years since their lives on the stage.

FOLLIES was nominated for 11 Tony Awards and won 7, including Best Score of a Musical. It has since been revived numerous times in the United States and Europe, including an all-star concert in 2007 by the New York Philharmonic.
